I obtained a Diploma in personal Fitness Training and Sports Massage Therapy with premier Global, which is the highest accredited personal training qualification.
I am currently working with Mac (Mckinnon) under the Elite Health & Fitness name. We at Elite have a dedicated one on one studio at Emmervale Court, cirencester, where a range of services are on offer. I work with a wide range of people from complete beginners to athletes as well as providing sports therapy and rehabilitaion.
I have recently added both pre and post natal exercise and Pilates to my qulaifications and am looking to further widen my client base.
