Pre & Post Natal Training

There have in the past, been various concerns regarding exercise during pregnancy and a sedentary lifestyle was encouraged. Pregnancy is now more recognised as a unique time for behaviour modification and there is no doubt that some form of exercise is good for both mother and baby. Subject to medical consent and the absence of any contraindications.
We are able to help expectant and new mothers maintain their baseline fitness which can help boost energy levels, relieve backaches and improve posture by strengthening the postural chain muscles, reduce constipation, improve sleep, look and feel better, prepare your body for birth and regain your shape quickly afterwards.
