Whether you are a recreational golfer, looking to improve your 10k time or compete in a triathlon we are able to improve your sporting prowess. We will look at control of movement, muscular endurance, posture & core control, explosive acceleration, reaction and timing. Our system of progressive exercise and instruction is aimed at developing fundamental motor abilities, balance, co-ordination and ultimate complete control of body movement, plus much more.
