Strength Conditioning
Maintaining strength for fitness is a factor that many overlook especially in women and pure sports such as runners. Women who don’t strength train are at an increased risk of osteoporosis and the enthusiastic sports individual will be increasing the risk of injury. Almost every sport nowadays incorporate come conditioning work as part of a structured exercise regime to ensure the body is in balance thus reducing the risk of injury. We will pay particular attention to the muscle groups that are neglected, posture and the function of the core.
